The service
Motorkeep is online-only digital software for organising user-supplied car service records, reminder dates, running-cost entries, indicative diagrams and recap videos. No physical goods, repair work, inspection, installation or on-site service is supplied.
The tool does not connect to a vehicle or OBD system, diagnose faults, assess safety, verify recalls or satisfy statutory inspection requirements.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription. Users aged 13–17 require parent or guardian consent; children under 13 may not use Motorkeep. Keep credentials secure and ensure submitted information is accurate and lawful.
Subscriptions and USD billing
Garage is free. Driver and Fleet renew monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout in USD until cancelled. Allowances reset each billing period, do not roll over and are not money, stored value or transferable credits. Taxes may be added where legally required.
Payments are processed by the provider displayed at checkout. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access remains available through the current billing period.
Inputs, outputs and review
You are responsible for input accuracy and for reviewing generated records. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular vehicle. Confirm intervals with the vehicle handbook and a qualified mechanic; confirm inspection, recall and legal dates through official or authorised channels.
Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use outputs to ignore warning signs, avoid legally required checks, misrepresent maintenance history, create deceptive records or make automated safety decisions.
Availability and changes
We may change features to maintain security, compliance or reliability. Temporary interruptions can occur. We will take reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted generation or a particular result.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abusive usage, payment failure or security risk. You may cancel at any time. Data export and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and Content License.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Motorkeep is not liable for decisions about repair, driving, inspection, recall or safety, or for indirect or consequential loss. For paid service claims, aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the event, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and consumers
These terms are governed by England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, while mandatory consumer rights and local jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer protections.
